Nothing imports

After going thru all the steps to import info from Legacy, I'm ending up with the tree architecture but no data, no names. Think I've made a wrong choice in one of the options but can't figure it out. What have I done, or MORE IMPORTANTLY, how can I fix it so the names will be displayed on the tree.

There could be several reasons for this.

First, check "Options | Preferences | Import graphics | Fonts" to make sure that the font colours have not been set to white.

Then check "Options | Preferences | Import fields" to ensure that there is something in the Format box for each of the data types (if there isn't you can click on the Defaults button).
