Last chance to convert old Kith and Kin .TRE files

"Kith and Kin Pro" version 3 is currently in development.

Due to the change in database engine (we are at last ditching the unsupported Borland Database Engine), it will no longer be possible to convert the old type of .TRE data files created by the Windows 3.1 version of "Kith and Kin" (prior to Dec 1998).

We will continue to offer a .TRE data file conversion service for a small fee.

Kith and Kin Pro V3 will support conversion of the following types of data:
Kith and Kin Pro V1 databases
Kith and Kin Pro V2 databases

When Kith and Kin Pro V3 is released we will be offering free upgrades to customers who purchased V2 after 16 Feb 2009. This will allow any customers who still have the old .TRE files to upgrade and convert them using V2.
