TreeDraw printing problem

I am unable to print at all the selected tree pages on my HP LaserJet 4.
I am running TreeDraw V 3.02 on Windows XP Home Edition SP2

The 'print' option in TreeDraw causes the printer to "reset" an advanced document setting from A4 to "letter" which then stops the print process. The printer queue contains no documents waiting to be printed......

Have you any advice please as it is only TreeDraw that I have this print problem with.
