ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS - Treedraw Legacy version 3.1.1

I own TreeDraw Legacy version 3.1. (WIN32 built). I having all sort of problem with the DATE dialog box. Also I get and error when I start the program.

the error is:
"ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS "00409BBB" IN MODULE TREEDRAW.EXE. WRITE OF ADDRESS 33363338.

Any suggestions????????????? HELP

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with TreeDraw Legacy Edition.

The most common cause of problems at start-up is corruption in the options file TreeDraw.INI (this may also explain the problems you are having with dates). The easiest way to fix this is to delete the TreeDraw.INI file from "C:\Program files\TreeDraw Legacy Edition". TreeDraw will create a new options file with the default settings next time you run it.

Nick, I did what you suggested and the same error pop-up. What is next.

Hi,

Please try uninstalling TreeDraw Legacy Edition and reinstall it.

Idid already it did not worked. It never asked me for the user name and key. So I uninstalled it using revo uninstaller pro and I clean the registry for any reference to TreeDraw. I reinstalled it and WORKED.
