Husband & Wife Icons missing from Tree Layout Prints

[Using KKPro ver 3.2.4, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with HP Photosmart D5160 printer].
Following my previous query I have just realised looking at the tree layout prints that I although the screen image shows the husband & wife with children icons in the family rectangle the printed pages show only the children icons.
Looking at the Report Control window there is a tick box for the Children Icons but nothing for the parents.

Checking some older prints dated Jan 2012 it seems the same "error" was occurring then - I have a suspicion I asked about this years ago, but I cannot find any relevant query in the archive. Am I missing something?

I don't think there was ever an option to include parents' icons in this report.
