I have 2 pictures in the Picture Folder and do not know which person or family they belong to. I have 344 people and 110 families in this database and have checked the likeliest ones. Is there a way of listing pictures and the person they are connected to?

Hi,

Yes. Please use "Search | Search" or click on the "Search" button on the toolbar. Then click on the "SQL query" tab at the top.

In the "SQL query" box, to simply list all pictures which the database knows about, use:

SELECT *
FROM Pictures

and click on the "Search" button. You can open the appropriate person/family and the picture by double-clicking in the results list at the bottom.

If you want to look at pictures linked to only people and also include the person's details, use:

SELECT Pictures.Filename, Pictures.Description, People.Description Person
FROM Pictures, People
WHERE Pictures.RecordType = 'P' AND Pictures.RecordCode = People.Code
