cant activate my reinstall

I ourchased treedraw legacy edition in nov 2016 and have had no issues.
This week I have had to replace my pc and reinstall some programmes

when I try to register using the registration key and my name given as the details to unlock the programme at the time I purchased treedraw, it wont recognise the codes

what am I doign wrong

Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with TreeDraw Legacy Edition.

First, please check that you have the correct version of the software installed by using "Help | About". It should say TreeDraw Legacy Edition V4...

Second, please ensure that you are using a registered username and registration key which has been issued specifically for TreeDraw Legacy Edition V4, keys for earlier versions won't work. Enter the username and key exactly as shown in the order confirmation email.

Please uninstall TreeDraw Standard Edition and download TreeDraw Legacy Edition from http://treedrawlegacy.spansoft.org

I have Purchase a tree Draw but can not find the code to register my copy where can I find it ? . I have the Licence Key?

Hi,

When you purchased TreeDraw you would have received an email from SpanSoft with your serial number and registration key. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you did not receive the email please contact us using the email address here
