TreeDraw 4.4 for Legacy, Multiple lines of descent possible?

I recently picked up 4.4.0. Is it possible to do multiple lines of descent? I'm related to my cousins through my maternal great-grandmother from Ellis Island and to her husband through a colonial Connecticut ancestor. Any ideas? It's also possible that TreeDraw does it and I don't know the function to pull it up.
