Creating a PDF file for export

Previously this year I managed to produce a PDF file of a particular chart which successfully turned out as a single image of the chart in which I could move left/right. up/down, etc without any problems, i.e. the same image as the original in the TreeDraw program. Now, try as I might, I cannot repeat that success with another chart, all that I can produce are PDF images of every single page of the original chart which could be printed off, cut and joined back into a single chart. What am I doing wrong ? I have selected all the chart pages before export>pdf. For info the chart page set up is A4 size, landscape, 12 pages wide and 4 pages deep. Looking forward to your reply.

Don't need a reply to this one, have managed to locate your video tutorials and have now corrected my errors and produced the desired PDF file.
