"Cannot perform this operation on closed data set"

I'm using 2.12 under Win XP. I got the following error message when editing a source reference:

Citation Table: Cannot perform this operation on closed data set.

I got the same message whatever I did to close the source reference window - the program was stuck. I'm not sure if it's due to the new version release, but the only way out was crtl/alt/del.

Please try "File | Database | Pack". You may also need to use "Start | Programs | Kith and Kin Pro | Borland database fix utility" if packing does not help.
