Install problem in Windows XP

hi,
i upgraded my win ME to win XP with a in NTFS file system formated first hard disk
KKpro2.02 stil resistand on the second hard disk fat 32, now i cant open KKpro. OK that`s posible but i also can not intall KKpro from cdrom the error message is "c:\windows\system\autoexec.nt is not suitable for ms dos or ms windows systems "
also the dtutil32 recovery fole dot not open even a new downloadet not.
help please i can`t work THANKS
