But when I set the Tree Draw Print set up exactly the same as the printer properties it works fine in MS Office, but not in Tree Draw? Thats what I have been unable to correct.

Changed <ID> to <Person> and it brings in the correct RIN number.

Don't understand your suggestions. My format for importing are: Name <GivenName> <Surname> <ID> b.<BirthD> d.<deathD> Childs name <GivenName> <Surname> <ID> b.<BirthD> d.<deathD> Marriage details m.<MarD> The root person as well as the childrens RIN numbers all jump by one number for the whole tree....

When I import a descendant tree using Tree Draw 3.03 from Legacy 6 and select a RIN # and click ok, the actual RIN number is one number higher that the selected number. i.e. My RIN number from Legacy is 33, but in Tree Draw it shows as 34, but the details are correct.
