Database converter error

I have installed Kith & Kin Pro V3 and registered it. When I run the program I get the error message: "Failed to set data for 'DB_Path' ". When I try to run the database converter utility I get the error message that a fully registered version of Kith and King Pro V3 needs to be installed (it is). T...
