I've tried using the Borland Database Fix Utility, going through each of the main files within my database (aliases.db etc), clicking on Verify, and it has found no problems.

Since I moved to Windows XP on a new machine and reinstalled K&K Pro, I get the "Welcome" help screen almost every time I start up the programme - as if it doesn't recognise that I've used it since installing it.

Any ideas how to prevent this?

In an Ascendant or Descendant tree, the generations get out of line with each other because various fields are sometimes missing - or, in the case of Ascendants, because the marriage date appears as part of the male's record. It would be great to have an option which would add blank lines where need...
