Nick

Your message arrived about one minute after I had decided to see if the Australian timeline was in the downloads section - and if so copy it into the relevant folder.

I did - and it works - just like you promised - like always.

Regards from Oz

Timelines Updating to v3.0.6 has not provided an Australian timeline at this time. Think Canada is there but NZ does not seem to be included either. This morning my time - updating was a piecemeal affair with a lot of (up to 9500+ hours) for the download - it did complete after about 6+ tries at the...

Printing screen list

Nick Booted computer a little time ago and the Birthday Alert list displayed - and included a list of relatives I have little contact with usually - but it seems that this is their time of the year for birthdays and wedding anniversaries et al. It struck me that it would be useful if there was a fac...

Nick

Thanks much for the reply - it's nice to know that some intuitive guesses can pay off.

Might I suggest that you consider including the explanation of incrementing person and family codes comment in the help file segment itself - might save confusion and time.

Importing a database

Nick Have just found a new stream of information and I wish to create a new database for this prior to integrating into my established database. The HELP file tells of many things, namely QUOTE • From the File menu select Database and then Merge. • Click on the Merge database button on the button ba...

Enhancement suggestion for next update

I noticed some comments/queries regarding timing of next upgrade for Kith&Kin(Of that Ilk) and recollected a long ago suggestion I made for an additional category - ie images of documents. I have adopted the practice of including images of birth certificates, marriage certificates, et al in the obje...

TreeDraw Standard and Legacy version

Nick After reviewing some posts and replies for general information I noticed that a number of queries and replies relate to TreeDraw Legacy. I do not use Legacy version but wondered if you could a) describe the differences between the two versions and b) advise if the suggestions made for Legacy ma...

Graham Appreciate your comments - and I guess you are using continuous paper (banner) on a plotter which would provide an excellent final product - for commercial applications. My application is for purely domestic and personal use. Having said that I agree with your input and being able to toggle c...

Crop marks to facilitate joining pages

Nick Even though a long term user of Of that Ilk and TreeeDraw I have only recently commenced to use TreeDraw to any considerable degree. Additionally have just acquired a HP 8150 Laser printer which prints up to A3 - so reducing number of pages to print and assemble - especially when large descenda...
