I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can unly select to print those pages that show up on the screen. When I click and drag the page selector, it only lets me drag it as far as the end of the screen. Neither the Cntr nor Shift keys will keep the beginning page "fixed". I can of course zoom out, ...
