Re: Storing data off C drive
You can store your database folders on any drive but the C:\KKPro3Data folder, including the contents created there by Kith and Kin Pro during installation, must remain. Just create a new folder on your second drive to store your database folder(s) in, this will be your Database Root Folder when you...

Re: Lost my timeline file(s)
Hi,
Storing your databases within the Documents folder should be fine. And as you say, the timeline files will have to remain in the C:\KKPro3Data folder.

Re: Exporting SQL Query to text file
Probably the best way to edit the text file output from the query results is to import it into Excel and delete the extra columns. The output is quoted so that it imports into Excel easily.

Re: problem when exporting pdf
Hi, Sorry to hear that you are having problems with TreeDraw. To export the PDF file you simply use "File | Export | PDF", see: http://treedraw.spansoft.org/manual/html/pdf.php You would not be able to overwrite the previous version if that PDF file was in use by another program (the reader usually)...

Hi,
When you purchased TreeDraw you would have received an email from SpanSoft with your serial number and registration key. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you did not receive the email please contact us using the email address here

Re: Saving problems
