Hi,
In a simple query, to specify conditions for the search, drag field names from the "Selected Fields" list and drop them into the "Field name" column of the "Criteria" grid. You can use any field, not just selected fields.

Hi,
Yes, once any event has been added to your Kith and Kin Pro database it will potentially show up in KK Birthday Alert. If you don't want this event to be displayed, right-click on the event in the Alert List and choose "Ignore".
