Many thanks for your reply, Nick, and I look forward to my 1 and 2 being included in the future (no too distant, I hope).

WRT 3. Would I be correct in thinking the even a full stop (period) would do as a "place holder"?

I have been using the above for some twelve months and would like to suggest the following: 1) The program does not seem to recognise the Living Flag in Legacy and hence includes details of the living person.
