You can order your upgrades securely via PayPal with any major credit card or your PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order. Your registration key(s) will be delivered by email within a few minutes of your completed order.
Please ensure that you have a serial number for your current version before proceeding.
If you do not have a serial number you may not be eligible to upgrade. Valid serial numbers begin with "KK" or "TD". If you have lost your serial number please contact us.

Users of version 1 can order an upgrade on the Shop 'Til You Drop order page. We have emailled upgrade discount coupons to all V1 users. Please contact us if you have not received yours.

TreeDraw Legacy Edition V3
Users of version 2 should contact CustomerServicelegacyfamilytree.com to purchase a new registration key for this upgrade. The upgrade fee is $18US.

Upgrade policy

We always notify registered users of functional upgrades to our software.

Version numbers are split into three parts, denoted by either A.B.C (eg. 2.1.1) or A.BC (eg. 2.11). The "A" digit is the major software version - when this changes it indicates a major new release which will be a chargeable upgrade. The "B" digit changes when there is a functional upgrade to the major version, for example when a new feature is added or a feature changes. The "C" digit indicates a bug-fix release.

For older versions of Kith and Kin Pro, Of that Ilk Pro and TreeDraw Standard there are patches available from the Downloads page.
