Saving Amended Chart in Treedraw Legacy Edition

I have created a new ancestral chart in Treedraw Legacy, edited the text to remove unwanted c. & bur. Saved the amended chart but unpon opening it again later I find that it as reverted to the original & not the saved chart.
How do I resolve the problem?

Hi,

You may have the auto update function turned on for this chart.

Please open the chart and use "Options | Preferences | File settings" and look at the "Auto-update text" option. Correct the setting and re-save the chart.
