If you have purchased a product or sent us an email and you haven't heard from us within 24hrs then it's possibly because you have used an invalid email address or because our replies are being blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider, eg. Tiscali) or your mail server (eg. Hotmail).
Check http://www.spansoft.org/invalid_email.php to see if you're on our list.
