Nick,
I've just taken delivery of a new PC running Windows 7, 64bit.
Kith and Kin has installed from the CD and updated perfectly. However, I have a problem with TreeDraw and hope you can advise.
Having installed v 3.2, again from the CD, I attempted to update it to v4 from a copy on backed up data without success and, when checking for updated from the programme, an error message saying 'wrong file size' is displayed and I cannot progress further.
Help, please.
Regards
Peter

Hi,
You do not need to have TreeDraw V3 installed if you are upgrading to V4.
Please try downloading TreeDraw V4 directly from http://treedraw.spansoft.org and installing it fresh.

Good morning Nick,
Help! Having had a few issues with my system I've lost all the information needed to (re-)register my TreeDraw v4. Please will you email me the serial & registration numbers.
Many thanks
Peter Rawbone
