Istallation issues with both Kith and Kin Pro and TreeDraw

Good afternoon Nick,

Following a hard drive failure, I've installed a new one - a SSD as the C:\ drive with data on a HDD (D:\) - and just reinstalled Kith and Kin Pro v 3.0.0 and TreeDraw v3.2.0. Both appeared to install correctly but when I went to install the updates, received the following:

KK v 3.2.1 - 'Some updates failed..' and
TD - 'Error wrong file size'

I attempted to install to the HDD but the same result.

All advice gratefully received

Hi,

For Kith and Kin Pro, please try the update again. If that does not work, please uninstall K&KPro and download the latest version from http://kithkinpro.spansoft.org

For TreeDraw, updating from V3 to V4 is not an automatic update. Please uninstall TreeDraw and download the latest version from http://treedraw.spansoft.org You will need your version 4 serial number and key to register it.

Good morning Nick,

Thank you for your usual prompt reply. I have retried the Kith and Kin update and am pleased to say that it has worked so far. I can now select what I wish to print etc.

I have downloaded and installed the latest TreeDraw programme but have come unstuck and hope you will be able to advise. As a consequence of the hard disk failure, I have lost the Serial Number and Registration keys and hope you will be able to assist via my email address.
