Old TRE file

Hello all
I have found an old TRE file that I worked on about 15 years ago, but am now unable to open.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to open this for me, and perhaps save as a GEDCOM file, or even just a PDF of the reports would be fine and I can re-key?
