Database repair

Post by laschapas » Wed May 27, 2009 12:35 pm

Hi Nick,

File -> database -> Repair does what it says on the tin, much less complicated than version 2, but it does not tell you what it has changed. If it finds a problem it will report that it has fixed the problem, but it leaves you worrying what it has changed. An error report would be helpful, unless the report would be too technical to understand.

Hi John,

I agree, but unfortunately this function is supplied by the DBISAM engine and no further details are available from it.
