Error updating v3.2.4 to v3.2.5

Hello Nick,

I have just tried to update to v3.2.5 and the update failed, returning the message Error:update installation.

Could you please advise.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you have this problem. Please clear your browser cache and the contents of "C:\SpanSoft updates\TreeDraw" and try the update again.

If all else fails you may have to uninstall TreeDraw and download and install the new version all manually.

I had to go the uninstall/reinstall route but all very simple really and all working fine now.

Followed your instructions to Graham and it installed with no error message and all works with a new default setting in landscape.
