Adding multiple source references for KKPRo V2

I thought I had managed to do this before but now I don't seem to be able to add multiple source references for the occupation field, for example. There is a message which says "22 of 4 source references for this field" (which doesn't seem to make sense) and only the backwards scrolling arrow is shown in the source reference window. Can you tell me what's gone wrong?

There is a problem in the index files in your database.

To fix it, you need to try a combination of "File | Database | Pack" in K&KPro and "Start | Programs | Kith and Kin Pro | Borland database fix utility" with K&KPro shut down.

You may to use both of these several times in different orders until the number of sources shows correctly.

Thanks, Nick, that worked. But I was puzzled that the Fix Utility consistently reported no errors on 'Verify'. The problem only seemed to go away when I chose to 'Rebuild' anyway.
