Many thanks for advice, which promptly resolved the point.
I backup all data on an external hard drive. Advice on the best means of doing so with V3 would be appreciated. I have copied and pasted the DATA file in the past.

Version 3.1.0
Newly arrived CD is installed. How do I get the data from my old Kith & Kin Pro onto the new programme? Nothing seems to work.
